A two-day gathering for all Sn̓ʕay̓čkstx (Sinixt) people — to learn, discuss, heal, and grow together in our homelands.
In 1956, the Canadian government declared the Sn̓ʕay̓čkstx (Sinixt/Arrow Lakes) people extinct and barred our return to our homelands. They were wrong.

Since then, we have risen again and again — facing down corporations who poisoned the Columbia River, winning recognition of our existence from the Supreme Court of Canada, and never giving up our responsibilities as Stewards of our homelands.

Today, new challenges threaten what we have built: extraction projects with the potential to undo decades of protection and restoration, and the continued cultural erasure of our people through the miseducation of future generations.
